Nannette Yount, Ph.D.

 Dr. Yount has degrees in biochemistry (B.S.) and nutritional science (Ph.D.) from the University of Arizona.

Dr. Yount has had a lifelong passion for the role that nutrition can play in health.  As a research scientist 
in the fields of nutrition and immunology, Dr. Yount knows firsthand the important role that diet can have in 
healthy weight maintenance, disease prevention as well as general health promotion.
 
Professionally, Dr. Yount  has worked in the field of molecular immunology at UC Irvine and UCLA 
for the past 20 years and has more than 25 publications in top peer-reviewed scientific journals, 
as well as multiple patents.
